Prices

Suspension serial number
Suspension prices are “from”: every model and year uses different seals, oils and parts. With the serial number I can give you the exact price before I start.
Where do I find it? Fork: on a sticker or engraved on the back of the steerer tube, just above the crown (turn the handlebar to see it). Shock: on a sticker or engraved on the body. If it is hard to read, take a photo with the flash on.

FAQ
How often should suspension be serviced?
Fox recommends a full service every 125 riding hours or once a year. RockShox recommends a lower-leg service every 50 hours and a full service every 100–200 hours depending on the model; on rear shocks, the air can every 50 hours. Service earlier if you ride in mud or dust.
Why do you ask for the fork or shock serial number?
Because suspension prices are “from”: every model and year uses different seals, oils and parts. The serial number tells me exactly which suspension you have, so I can give you the exact price before I start. It is on a sticker or engraved on the back of the steerer tube (fork) or on the shock body.
What is the difference between the basic and full service?
The basic cleans the lower legs and replaces dust seals, foam rings and bath oil. The full service adds the air spring and damper cartridge, stripped and refilled with genuine oils.
Do you re-valve suspension?
Yes. I diagnose and re-valve Fox and RockShox forks and shocks to match the damping to your weight and riding style.
Do you work on other brands?
I mainly work on Fox and RockShox. For other brands, send me your model and I’ll tell you whether genuine parts are available.
How long does it take?
A basic service takes about an hour of work and a full service about two hours. By appointment, you usually get it back the same or the next day.
